LUNARO ships across India. Shipping and fulfilment are handled through Shiprocket, connected directly to our Shopify backend.

• Standard Shipping — Free. Express Shipping — ₹129. Rush Shipping — ₹249.
• Dispatch timelines are confirmed on the order confirmation page and in your confirmation email.
• Tracking details are sent once your order is picked up by our courier partner.
• No returns are accepted, and no refund is issued for a change of mind.
• Exchanges are accepted only for eligible size issues or manufacturing defects, subject to our exchange policy. Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery, and the item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with all tags and original packaging intact.
