How do LUNARO garments fit?+
Every piece is cut oversized by design. Check the Size Guide for the full breakdown, and size down if you prefer a closer fit.
When will my order ship?+
Dispatch timelines are shown at checkout and confirmed by email once your order is placed.
Do you ship internationally?+
LUNARO currently ships within India. International shipping will be announced if it becomes available.
How do limited drops work?+
Each drop is produced in a limited run. Once a size or garment sells out, it will not be restocked unless stated otherwise.
How do I track my order?+
Use the Track Order page with your order number and phone number, or the tracking link sent to you once your order ships.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?+
Cash on Delivery is available where eligible. You can also pay using UPI, Credit & Debit Cards, Net Banking, or Wallets. Get 5% off on prepaid orders.
What is your return & exchange policy?+
We do not accept returns. Exchanges are available only for eligible size issues or manufacturing defects, subject to our exchange policy. Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery, and items must meet all eligibility conditions.
