Refund Policy

LUNARO does not offer returns or refunds for a change of mind. A refund is issued only where legally required, or where an approved exchange under our exchange policy cannot be fulfilled — for example, if a replacement size or item is unavailable.

• Where a refund is approved, it is credited to your original payment method; processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.
• For an approved Cash-on-delivery refund, the amount is refunded via bank transfer or store credit, as confirmed with our support team.
• Items marked final sale or part of a limited drop are not eligible for exchange or refund — this is stated on the product page where applicable.
